Belleair Development Group (BDG), a privately-held development and real estate investment firm in the southeastern United States, closed on the sale of a newly purchased bank branch in Lee County, Florida. The nearly 3,900 square foot branch is a Publix outparcel located on Lee Boulevard and SR 82 in Ft. Myers/Leigh Acres, Florida. The property was sold to Chase Bank. This sale reflects Belleair Development Group’s continued activity in today’s marketplace.
